Position Summary
Bluum is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our dynamic Marketing team. The successful candidate will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, maintain marketing assets and documentation, coordinate with partners and vendors, and provide essential administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and eager to contribute to impactful initiatives across the education and technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and events in collaboration with Bluum’s partner community.
Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for the marketing team to ensure efficient workflow.
Prepare internal and external-facing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and organize digital marketing assets, shared folders, and databases.
Support the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of content across social media and digital platforms.
Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal departments to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
Coordinate logistics for travel, events, and team activities; manage expense reports and reimbursements.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and provide regular updates to ensure deadlines are met. Qualifications
Proven experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Associate, or similar support role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools such as email marketing platforms, CRM systems, or social media schedulers.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-paced environment.
Knowledge of basic marketing principles and project coordination best practices.
Experience in the education or technology sector is considered an asset.
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
