2nd shift

Essential Functions& Responsibilities:

Plans sequence of testing and certification procedures for instruments (crash test dummies) and equipment.

Sets up standard and special purpose laboratory equipment to test, evaluate, and certify other instruments and test equipment.

Input data information and utilize data acquisition systems to perform system checks and data collection for ATDs.

Disassembles instruments and equipment and inspects components for defects.

Measures parts for conformity with specifications.

Aligns, repairs, replaces, and balances component parts.

Reassembles and certifies instruments and equipment.

Assists engineers in formulating test, calibration, repair, and evaluation plans and procedures to maintain precision accuracy of measuring, recording, and indicating instruments and equipment. May be required to participate in a Company's internal audit system as an internal auditor
