Order Management / Customer Service for International Manufacturer

International manufacturer in Pompano Beach is looking for a detail-oriented Order Management / Customer Service Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. You'll manage the complete order lifecycle from initial placement through delivery, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations.

$21.00 per hour / Direct Hire / Excellent Benefits!

Responsibilities:

Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in ERP system

Provide timely order status updates and delivery estimates to customers

Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Technical Support teams

Handle customer inquiries, returns, warranties and account setup

Prepare monthly sales reports and support trade show activities

Resolve customer issues and serve as their internal advocate

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing

Strong communication skills with a positive, problem-solving attitude

Proficiency with office software and ERP systems (QuickBooks experience preferred)

Ability to multitask effectively and work independently

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Multilingual capabilities are a plus
