We’re seeking a Full-Time, Experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our AAHA-accredited, full-service small animal clinic, where we are committed to delivering the highest quality medical, surgical, and dental care to our patients. 2+ Years of Experience in Small Animal Medicine

How you'll make an impact:
Maintain and uphold the Core Values and Mission Statement of MVP.
Diagnose, perform surgery, and treat patients.
Maintain excellent client communication.
Record all pertinent medical, client and case related information in the patient record accurately with appropriate grammar, terms, and accurate information.
Review medical records, estimates or discharge instructions with clients.
Call clients for follow up and to discuss results.
Set standards of care/protocols for medical and surgical areas.
Maintain practice growth and review financial reports.
Communicate clearly and accurately through written and verbal interactions.
Work in collaboration with practice manager for administrative management.
Deal with clients in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
Mentor team members in the training program for career advancement and personal development towards goals.
Provide feedback and changes to the training program.
Provide guidance to the support staff to assure that the shift flows well.
Provide input to the hospital manager for 360-degree employee performance evaluations.
