As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in executing in-person marketing campaigns, engaging directly with customers, and helping drive the success of our clients’ outreach efforts. Whether you're helping promote a brand at a local event or representing a nonprofit at a retail activation, you'll be building valuable communication, leadership, and sales skills every day. Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in live event and retail marketing environments

Engage with customers, answer questions, and communicate brand messages

Execute face-to-face sales and promotional campaigns

Assist with lead generation, customer acquisition, and donor engagement

Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals and optimize performance

Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and leadership development programs Who We're Looking For

18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality

A team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
