As a Medical Assistant, reporting to the department manager, you will play a critical role in managing referrals for High-Risk patients and addressing various patient needs.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
Receiving new patient referrals from clients.
Creating charts for all new patients.
Inputting medical information into new charts.
Assisting Care Coordinators with patient needs as required.
Building positive relationships within your team to foster a supportive CareHarmony culture.
Performing other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Active Medical Assistant certification in good standing.
Physical Requirements:
This is a sedentary position that requires sitting for extended periods.
Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively on the phone for long durations.
Capable of understanding, processing, and taking thorough notes in real-time during phone conversations.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay: $16/hr - $18/hr based on job duties performed.
