Assistant to the Marketing Director

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Volunteer Assistant to the MarketingDirector. This role will support our Marketing Director in implementing outreach campaigns, strengthening our brand presence, and engaging our community across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and executing marketing and outreach campaigns.

Help manage social media accounts (content creation, scheduling, engagement).

Support email marketing efforts, newsletters, and donor communications.

Conduct market research and gather insights on audience engagement.

Help track campaign performance using analytics tools.

Provide administrative and creative support to the Marketing Director.

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Interest in marketing, communications, or public relations.

Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.

Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Previous marketing experience is helpful but not required.
