IMPROVEMENT CELL

Position : IMPROVEMENT CELL (Automotive Manufacture)

Placement : Karawang

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain the Improvement in line with Gemba Check list/ 5S and Kaizen

2. To prepare Gemba Audit plan and to conduct the Gemba audit/ 5S/ Kaizen as per plan

3. Making the observations dept. wise and release to concern dept. & close them.

4. Prepare the Quarterly corporate Gemba Audit presentation and update the status.

5. To conduct FMEA audit product wise and review the RPN Number

6. To coordinate for best Poka Yoke and Kaizen from all dept. and send to corporate.

7. To carry out process improvement in part production and assembly dept.

8. To carry out BEST activities in the plant (e.g SMED, Autonomous Maintainance & Kanban)

9. Make the improvement plan deptt wise and execute in support of respective deptt

10. Any other task assigned from time to time

11. To update the status on improvement activity weekly basis to Operation Head.

12. Supervision and regular training to all sub-ordinates

13. To conduct audit as per Corporate Identity Manual (CIM) and make the report and circulate to all deptt.

AUTHORITIES:

1.To visit to any business process in the company affecting company objective.

2. To make the schedule with each deptt for improvement.

3. To visit deptt for joint analysis/ Gemba/ MBEM audit

4. To release the betting average of each deptt for meeting the commitments.

5.Stop the production if a process or product becomes non-complaint.

6. Do any other activity which is necessary to discharge his responsibilities

MINIMUM DESIRED PERSON SPECIFICATION :

Age : 25 35 years

Qualification : Diploma III or Bachelor Degree of Mechanical / Electrical/ Industrial Engineering

Training : ISO/ TS 16949 : 2009, MSA, SPC, FMEA, Problem Solving Tools

Skill : Strong interpersonal skill, Good communication skills, Initiative, Proactive and organized personality

Experience : At last 3 years relevant :

Experience of Handling Customer Complaints/ Customer Interaction

Experience in Manufacturing process & Quality System

Experience to QUALITY SYSTEM ISO 9001 : 2008 or ISO/TS 16949:2009

Experience to Press Machine Process, Plastic Molding Injection and or in Automotive Industry
