We are looking for dependable picker and packer/general labor associates to join our warehouse team in Elgin. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a growing company. As a picker and packer/general labor team member, you will be responsible for order fulfillment, packaging, and ensuring shipments are accurate and ready to go.

Responsibilities:

Perform picker and packer/general labor duties including pulling products, packing, and labeling orders

Assist with preparing shipments and organizing warehouse inventory

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all company safety standards and guidelines

Qualifications:

Prior warehouse or picker and packer/general labor experience is a plus, but not required – training provided

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Must be a team player with a positive attitude

Benefits:

Competitive pay: $17 – $18/hr

MONDAY - THURSDAY, OPTIONAL OVERTIME ON FRIDAY - SUNDAY (FULL 40 HOURS)
