Job Title: Construction Project Manager III

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager III with at least 10 years of relevant experience in managing large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in vendor coordination, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) inspections, site acceptance walks, and project closeouts. This role requires exceptional organizational skills to oversee project milestones, material management, scheduling, and operational troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage vendors performing QC/QA inspections, final punch, and site acceptance walks.

Oversee Bill of Materials (BOM) review, Authorization of Services (AOS) review, and validation processes.

Manage NTP (Notice to Proceed) submissions and acceptances.

Direct material pick-up/returns (Tellworks) and resolve material/parts inventory issues.

Conduct outage reviews, including daily Sites Worked Form verification and issue resolution.

Validate weekly commitments per vendor and monitor schedule adherence.

Track and manage daily sites worked, identifying on-site issues and escalating as needed.

Participate in Change Request (CR) reviews and outage coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive timely completion of closeout packages and ensure compliance with client requirements.

Provide leadership, guidance, and accountability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience in construction, telecommunications, or infrastructure.

Proven experience managing multiple vendors and subcontractors.

Strong background in QA/QC processes, site acceptance, and final punch list resolution.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience handling BOM, AOS, and NTP processes.

Proficiency with construction project documentation and reporting.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with telecom, fiber, or wireless infrastructure projects.

Familiarity with Tellworks or similar material management systems.

Strong technical knowledge of field operations, site builds, and equipment installation.
