About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Purchasing Manager to oversee all procurement activities for our Club. From food and beverages to equipment and supplies, you’ll play a key role in ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. This role works closely with department leaders and vendors to keep operations running smoothly while supporting the Club’s financial and service goals.

SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE

What You’ll Do

Manage purchasing policies and procedures for efficiency and compliance

Source and maintain strong vendor relationships

Negotiate contracts and pricing to support cost savings

Monitor inventory levels and forecast departmental needs

Approve purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods

Track budgets, maintain accurate records, and resolve vendor issues

Partner with Finance for reporting and audit compliance

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)

3–5 years of purchasing/procurement experience, ideally in hospitality, clubs, or food & beverage operations

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and budgeting skills

Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and procurement best practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing/inventory software

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
