Overview

Position Title: Senior Help Desk Technician

Department: Services

Compensation Breakdown: 100% Service

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Regular Hours: 40 M-F 7am to 6pm EST

Pay Range: $25.00 to $29.00 Hourly

Full or Part Time: Full-time

Exempt or Non-Exempt: Exempt

PTO Classification: H1

Respond to incoming support calls and emails

Open/Work/Close Help Desk Tickets

Provide escalated support for level 1 Help Desk technicians

Work closely with and assist Systems Engineer on client projects

Provide Our Clients with advanced Mobile Device, Desktop and Laptop Support

Efficiently Install/Configure Desktop (Windows and Mac) Operating Systems

Migrate User Data

Provide Our Clients with Microsoft 365 Support and Guidance

Troubleshoot/Remediate Hardware, Software, Network and Printing Issues

Facilitate New Device Configuration onto Client Networks

Complete and Articulate Customer Network Audits

Create Client Infrastructure DocumentationMinimum Qualifications

Minimum 4 Years of technical support experience with proven examples of increased technical responsibility

Customer Service experience

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology preferred

CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+

Experience resolving desktop/laptop issues

Experience resolving network issues

Experience with Windows 10/11

Experience with Windows Server OS

Experience with HyperV and VMWare

Proficient with Microsoft products (Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, SQL, etc.)

Comfortable interacting with customers

Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneouslyBenefits
