Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with low+high-voltage motion control systems, sensors, thermocouples, relays, gearboxes, motors, and pumps. This role will focus heavily on preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability in a GMP-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Mechanic/Technician Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on production equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

Work with gearboxes, motors, pumps, and motion control systems.

Maintain, repair, and calibrate sensors, relays, thermocouples, and fiber-optic systems.

Support reactive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with GMP standards and safety regulations.

Collaborate with other technicians and engineers on continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong electrical background (high voltage, controls, and industrial equipment).

Experience with motion control, sensors, and fiber optics preferred.

Mechanical aptitude to work with gearboxes, pumps, and motors.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.

Prior experience in a GMP manufacturing or clean facility a plus.Company Description
