National Sales Manager
Las Vegas, NV $125k–$140k base + commission 100% In-Office
This isn’t your typical food sales job. We’re a fast-growing overstock food company looking for a hands-on sales leader to run a 15–20 rep team in our Vegas office.
The Deal:
All in-person. No remote. Must be willing to relocate.
True leadership. We need someone who’s led big sales teams face-to-face — not just a handful of remote reps.
Work-life balance. 40 hrs a week, 6am–3pm. No calls, no emails after hours.
Growth. Real organic upside as the business scales.
What You’ll Do:
Lead from the front — motivate, coach, and set the tone on the sales floor
Build a winning, competitive, high-energy culture
Recruit and develop top sales talent
Report directly to the owner — quick decisions, no red tape
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record managing commission-driven sales teams in-office
Solid, stable career history (no job hoppers)
Charismatic motivator with a bias for action
Bonus: background in food, overstock, wholesale, or CPG
