Job Summary
This role is within the Sales Department of Epson Europe B.V. and is responsible for the account management of
selected re-seller / retailers accounts and managing relationships with key clients to increase sales of Epson
Consumer Print products in Zimbabwe.
Key Responsibilities
General
Be first point of contact for all retailers / resellers (T2) in Zimbabwe for consumer print business
Manage selected reseller accounts (T2)
Engage with local Distributors (T1) (sellout focused responsibility)
Demonstrate the full range of Epson CP for resellers & SMB end users via workshops
Track Epson’s price/features/value propositions and compare to those of key competitors
Promotions launch for retailers & resellers (T2) with the support of Distribution & Breadth Account Manager
Grow and develop new reseller accounts within defined territory.
Support
Take ownership of issues as they arise, ensuring that they are resolved or that responsibility for the issue is
taken up by a colleague who is better placed to ensure resolution
Day to day proactive managment of selected reseller accounts
Assist marketing team with campaign fulfilment
In store merchandising and display of Epson Consumer Print product.
Reporting
Documentation & reporting of inbound & outbound sales calls
Recording of all sales demo activity & track sales results
Co-ordinate specialist promotions and sales registration programmes
Own & achieve an annual revenue sales target
Document learning on monthly basis & track development towards account manager rolle.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Computer literate Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills (telephone, written and face to face) with a desire for full sales role
Attention to detail and desire to follow issues through to closure
Confident, resilient, ambitious, inquisitive and a “can do” attitude
Team Player who can work with all levels of the business
Ability to think on your feet and adapt to unexpected situations
