The Organizational Development Division is looking to fill one (1) Training Development Analyst position.

What You'll do as a Training Development Analyst:

Design, develop, and implement management training programs

Create and deliver training for bargaining unit employees

Co-facilitate the Organizational Leadership Bootcamp

Co-facilitate the annual Education Fair

Co-facilitate a variety of team-building initiatives based on organizational needs

Deliver both instructor-led and virtual training sessions

18 mos. exp. preparing & delivering informational & instructional programs for adults using instructional design model & doing & analyzing performance needs assessments.

-Or completion of associate core program in instructional design, adult learning, education, instructional technology, or related field.

-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications noted above.
