About the Role:
Join Kibler Lumber Do It Center as an Outside Sales Representative in Maysville, KY, where you'll connect with customers and help them find the best solutions for their building needs. This exciting role offers the chance to drive sales and build lasting relationships in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Conduct regular site visits and follow up on sales leads.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Manage customer accounts and ensure timely follow-up on orders.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the building materials industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
