Position: Learning and Talent Development Coordinator

Reports to: Manager, Learning and Talent Development

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Pay Range: $25 - $32 per hour

We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates.

Superior is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Learning and Talent Development Coordinator. This person will take ownership of our Learning Management System (LMS), lead the onboarding of skilled trades new hires, and coordinate professional development sessions across the company. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot our Learning Management System (LMS), including user accounts, course enrollments, content uploads, and reporting

Monitor LMS usage, generate analytics reports, and recommend improvements to enhance the learner experience

Serve as the primary contact for LMS support and ensure training records are accurate for compliance and tracking

Coordinate and publish digital and in-person training programs in partnership with internal teams

Facilitate onboarding and professional development sessions (virtual or in-person), using pre-packaged content

Manage scheduling, registration, and participant communication before, during, and after sessions to ensure a seamless learning experience

Enter and maintain training completions and certification records for compliance and internal tracking

Gather participant feedback and support the implementation of learning initiatives that align with business goals

Your Expertise

Required: You have a minimum of 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g. Docebo, Cornerstone, Workday, Moodle or similar)

Required: You have experience coordinating or delivering training professional development sessions

Bonus Points: You have experience with LMS analytics, reporting dashboards, and SCORM/xAPI content

Bonus Points: You have experience in corporate training, Human Resources, education, or IT support
