As a ServiceNow Implementation Analyst, you will bridge business needs with technical capabilities to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of IT experience with strong background in Program/Project Management
2+ years of experience with Change Management
Experience with ServiceNow configuration and functional analysis
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Additional Qualifications:
Experience gathering business requirements and translating into functional/technical specifications
Ability to work with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
U.S. Citizenship required
