Overview We are building a new, high-output recruiting team inside Simply Driven.
This team will operate with speed, volume, and urgency — separate from our existing consultative recruiters.
We’re looking for Sales-first Recruiters who thrive on activity, own their desk, and consistently produce results.
Candidate Profile:2–5 years of agency recruiting experience (staffing, contingency, full-desk preferred)Clear billing or placement track record (ideally $200K+ in annual production)Experience running a full desk — sourcing candidates and generating job ordersComfortable working 5–7 searches at once, closing 2–3/monthHigh-volume activity mindset: cold calling, outbound prospecting, managing pipelineMotivated by money, competition, and autonomyFrustrated by bureaucracy, red tape, or slow-moving teams What We’re NOT Looking For:Internal recruiters or talent acquisition profilesPeople who rely on account managers to feed them jobsSlow, overly consultative recruiters who struggle with urgencyHR generalists or those with no sales/revenue accountability Key Attributes & Intangibles:High urgency and competitive driveResilience and gritOwnership mentalitySharp communicator and persuasive sellerWants to build a book of business — not just fill roles
