Job Summary
Client Support Service Professionals are responsible for handling incoming phone calls related to various service inquiries on Client. The role requires delivering accurate and efficient responses while consistently meeting key departmental performance metrics. This position supports multiple functional areas including Client Cash Management products and services, Client Online (client website), Mobile app, and general account or financial inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries via phone.
Provide support for Client Cash Management products and services.
Assist clients with Client Online and Mobile app usage.
Address general account or financial-related questions.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented financial services environment.
Adapt quickly to changes and multi-task effectively in a busy service center.
Required Qualifications
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in financial services customer support (preferred but not required).
