Want to help shape how AI transforms customer experience for thousands of customers every day? CANAL+ Netherlands is looking for a proactive and curious intern to join our international Customer Operations team. You will support our transition to AI-driven service operations by working on chatbot optimization, process automation, and smart self-service innovation — with visible impact on customer experience.
About the Internship
You’ll be part of an international Customer Operations team where innovation and cross-country collaboration are key. This internship offers a high degree of autonomy and responsibility from day one.
You’ll work at the core of our AI transformation — not on the sidelines. You’ll work on projects such as improving our chatbots, designing Quality Assurance (QA) processes, and analyzing large-scale customer feedback. Your work directly impacts KPIs like customer satisfaction (CSAT), chatbot resolution rate, and first contact resolution (FCR).
You’ll also collaborate with colleagues in Belgium, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Romania to share and apply best practices across markets.
What you’ll do
Help design and implement QA processes for chatbot interactions
Analyze customer feedback and translate it to actionable initiatives for the organization
Work on an optimal customer experience from query to solution
Contribute to standardizing reporting and operational processes
Document insights and support presentations to key stakeholders
Collaborate with stakeholders such as international IT and Marketing departments, and various suppliers
You will learn how AI technologies are applied to real operational challenges.
Who we are looking for
Analytical, curious, and a strong communicator

Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
Willing to take ownership and show initiative
What you will bring
An HBO or WO-level background (Bachelor or Master) in Management, Economics, Marketing & Communication, or a related field
Affinity with customer operations, AI, or digital transformation
Proficiency in both Dutch and English
