About the Role:

Are you a seasoned personal injury paralegal who can manage 60–70 cases without breaking a sweat? Do you thrive in an environment that values independence, results, and zero drama?

We are an established and reputable boutique personal injury law firm in Denver, known for delivering exceptional service and outstanding outcomes—without the bureaucracy. We're currently seeking a high-performing Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our team and hit the ground running.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in handling pre-litigation cases from intake to settlement. If you’re looking for a firm that rewards hard work, fosters growth, and respects your personal time—this is it.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters independently

Obtain, review, and summarize medical records and bills

Prepare damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage

Draft and send demand letters to insurance companies

Communicate with clients regularly regarding case status

Coordinate property damage claims and rental/replacement vehicles if applicable

Organize and prepare files for disbursement and final resolution

Proactively push cases forward with strategic follow-up and negotiation

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a pre-litigation personal injury paralegal

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance claim processes

Excellent writing, organizational, and case management skills

Comfortable with client communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Neos case management software is a plus

BA/BS or paralegal certificate preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $65,000–$85,000 DOE

PTO: 80 hours accrued annually + 7 paid holidays

Flexible 8-hour workday, no overtime, weekends, or late nights

Health insurance stipend: $400/month (or added to pay if not used after 30 days of employment)

Free covered parking

Casual dress code, regular team lunches, and a positive, collaborative office environment

Who Should Apply:

This isn’t an entry-level role—we’re looking for a turn-key unicorn. If you’re a dynamic, no-nonsense case warrior who knows how to drive outcomes, serve clients with heart, and hold your own with insurance adjusters, we want to hear from you.
