We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team!
ACTIVELY HIRING for quality machine operators in the greater Huntsville area that are interested in growth and long term employment! All machine operators have access to:
$16-$20/HR pay starting out
Raise potential within the first year
Great growth opportunity into management
1st and 3rd shifts available, with overtime as well
Benefits and weekly pay
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate plant operations and activities with other machine operators
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
Load and unload equipment and materials
Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant
Log and record readings for equipment and procedures
Qualifications:
Machine operator experience or other related fields
Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentCompany Description
