Production Associate

Job Description

We are looking for motivated employees to join our growing manufacturing team in Grand Rapids, MI! This position will work closely with the Machine Operators and Quality team to ensure that the correct orders are being produced, as well as assisting in the packaging and quality inspection of products prior to shipping!

Shift: 1st shift 6:00AM-4:30PM, Monday-Thursday, Overtime available on Friday and Saturday.

Pay: $17-$19/HR.- Room for advancement/growth within 1st year.

Production Associate Responsibilities:

Work with Manufacturing Operators to set up correct orders

Inspect processed materials to make sure the correct order is being processed

Package and palletize finished goods

Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion

Perform routine cleaning of work areas

Comfortable occasionally lifting 30-40 lbs. during shift

Production Associate Qualifications:

Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields is preferred, but not mandatory

Ability to stand for full shifts (10 Hours, 4x per week).

Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment

Ability to handle physical workload
