Job Summary: Motivated and detail-oriented Research and Development (R&D) Supervisor to support our R&D team. The R&D Supervisor will assist in driving innovation, overseeing product development processes, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our pork products. This role requires a hands-on approach and a passion for food science and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day R&D activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Support the development and implementation of R&D strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Conduct research to identify new trends, technologies, and opportunities in the pork production industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product launches.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Monitor and analyze the performance of new products and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D team.

And all other duties as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Animal Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in R&D within the food industry, preferably in meat or pork production.

Proven track record of successful product development and innovation.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
