We are looking for a reliable and proactive Parts Person to manage and coordinate parts for automotive collision repair jobs. You'll work directly with our technicians, estimators, and vendors to ensure parts are ordered accurately, delivered on time, and properly inventoried. You must possess a strong work ethic and be reliable, as well as a committed team player who is motivated to contribute to our company's growth.
You will be responsible for obtaining quotes, ordering and receiving parts based on repair estimates and shop requirements, verifying the parts' accuracy, quality, and completeness on arrival, and coordinating the return of incorrect or damaged parts. You will organize, label, store and track parts inventory in the shop management system while working closely with our estimators and technicians to streamline the project's repair workflow.

Requirements:
Experience in an auto body or automotive repair environment is preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn shop management software
Strong communication and demonstrated ability to work within a team
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7 am-3:30 pm, and Saturdays as needed.
