As the Full Time Bakery Manager at Brookhaven Market, you will take charge of the bakery department's day-to-day operations, ensuring every product meets our high standards of freshness, quality, and food safety. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

2+ years of experience in a bakery environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Working knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
