Description:
An Automation Operator at D&H Industries utilizes robots or other assist devices to produce parts and uses measurement tools to perform quality checks.
SCHEDULE: This is a 1st Shift position.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 3 p.m., 10-hour shifts. Fridays: 6-8-hour shift. Subject to change based on business need. Any Saturday work is based on business need and is voluntary.
THE WHAT
What will you be doing?
· Use work instructions to produce parts.
· Inspect parts to ensure customer specifications are met.
· Perform basic measurements using quality measurement equipment and documenting results.
· Utilize the robot interface to set up, adjust, and operate the robot system.
· May be assigned to work in other areas of the production floor as needed to meet production deadlines.

Skills Basic reading, writing and math skills. Ability to read measurements in metric and traditional scale. Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Education HS Diploma or Equivalent
Experience and/or Training At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
Physical Demands Ability to stand for up to 10 hour per shift. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Full-time
