ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Team Member with Brad Larson State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. The Brad Larson State Farm Agent is certified to mentor team members to prepare for the opportunity of Agency Owner through the Agent Aspirant Program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Pivot to insurance products and services that would benefit the customer.QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to obtain the Ohio Property and Casualty and Life and Health Licenses if not already licensed.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.HIRING PROCESS:
