Role Overview:

We are hiring an L2 Support Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Intune, infrastructure management. You will handle advanced troubleshooting, manage enterprise endpoints, and safeguard IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2 technical support for Microsoft Intune, Windows, Mac OS, and Office 365 environments.

Configure and manage device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployments through Intune.

Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, ensuring system performance and security.

Work closely with L3 and security teams for escalations and incident resolution.

Maintain clear technical documentation and process guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.

Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, MDM, and endpoint security.

Solid understanding of Microsoft and Mac OS environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and infrastructure monitoring tools.

Willingness to work night shift from the Pune office.

We are looking for an experienced L3 Support Engineer who specializes in Microsoft Intune implementation, enterprise device management. This role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining secure endpoint solutions while mentoring L1/L2 teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Microsoft Intune implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Design and enforce device management policies for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android endpoints.

Integrate Intune with Azure Active Directory and other enterprise security tools.

Perform advanced troubleshooting for escalated infrastructure and endpoint security issues.

Optimize endpoint performance and ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices.

Collaborate with IT leadership to design scalable infrastructure solutions.

Mentor and guide L1 and L2 engineers, providing training on Intune features and security processes.

Maintain detailed documentation for implementations, configurations, and support processes.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and support roles, with at least 2 years of hands-on Microsoft Intune implementation experience.

Strong expertise in MDM, MAM, and endpoint security policies.

In-depth knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, Office 365, and Azure AD integration.

Experience in scripting (PowerShell) for automation and configuration management.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.

Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.

Willingness to work night shift from the Pune office.
