Licensed Funeral Director - Dual Licensed (Southeast British Columbia) Salary: $70,000-$80,000 + Signing Bonus + Relocation Assistance

What You'll Do

Meet with and guide families through the funeral arrangement process with compassion and professionalism

Coordinate and direct services, visitations, and celebrations of life

Manage case files, documentation, and compliance requirements

Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, supporting a culture of teamwork and service

Participate in community engagement, strengthening the funeral home's local presence

Handle back-of-house duties as needed (embalming, preparation, transfers)

What We're Looking For

Dual license (Funeral Director & Embalmer) in Canada, or eligible to transfer credentials to British Columbia

Proven experience delivering both front-of-house family service and technical care

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to support families during difficult times with empathy and professionalism

Organizational skills and attention to detail in both administrative and technical responsibilities

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute across all aspects of the funeral home
