Role Summary:

The Assistant Teacher supports the homeroom teacher in building a joyful and engaging learning environment. This role is essential in ensuring children receive individualized attention, care, and encouragement throughout their preschool journey.

Responsibilities:

Support the homeroom teacher in delivering daily lessons and activities.

Assist with classroom management and student supervision.

Provide one-on-one support to children when needed.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.

Build caring and respectful relationships with children and parents.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or coursework in Education (preferred).

Minimum 1 year of teaching/childcare experience.

Good English communication skills.

Salary Range: 250–300 KWD

Preferred Age Range: 22–25

Gender Preference: Female only

English Level: Good English accent.
