Grade 3

Hours - 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday

Salary - £33,000 - £38,000 per annum depending on experience

Our Logistics Service Delivery team, part of the wider Logistics & Outsourced Operations function, is at the heart of making that happen. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Service Delivery team, BI analysts, and external partners like GXO, DPD, Royal Mail, and Maersk. You’ll also collaborate across the business with teams in Logistics, Customer Experience, and Tech, sharing insights and driving improvements together. It’s a fantastic opportunity to build strong relationships and make a tangible impact across the organisation.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

Analysing data and customer feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for service improvement

Recommending practical, data-driven solutions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key logistics partners to support seamless delivery operations

Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics, turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations

Using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Qualtrics to transform complex data into impactful visualisations

Supporting issue resolution and respond to queries from internal teams and external partners

Tracking key performance indicators and proactively communicate updates across the business

Preparing high-quality reports and presentation packs for senior stakeholders, including ExCo

You will need:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights

Proven experience working with large datasets and presenting findings in a clear, visual, and engaging way

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

To be a proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset

To be a team-player attitude and willingness to get involved in a fast-paced environment

To be confident user of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy

Naturally curious, with initiative and a drive to identify and act on opportunities

Customer-focused and empathetic, with a strong sense of doing what’s right
