Delta Community Supports, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts for programs serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process, sourcing and identifying top talent, building and maintaining relationships with candidates, and providing guidance and support to hiring managers and the recruitment team.

Job Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies

Lead sourcing efforts through job boards, social media, community outreach, and school partnerships

Write and manage compelling job postings across platforms

Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring a strong match for open roles

Oversee candidate communications, offer letters, and pre-employment clearances

Maintain recruitment data and reporting through HRIS systems

Facilitate recruitment meetings and ensure team accountability

Promote best practices, compliance, and ethical hiring standards

Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend improvements

Support continuous quality improvement and process innovation

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.

At least five (5) years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.

PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

HRCI Strategic Talent Acquisition Certification or SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.

Valid driver’s license in the state of residence
