PrimaryOne Health is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Program Manager.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Provides professional and administrative oversight to P1H’s Behavioral Health program and staff, including key processes and protocols.
Provides program development and management including, but not limited to, relationship building and collaboration with community partners, monitoring project timeline and deliverables, coordinating team meetings, attending external meetings, progress report preparation, and budget compliance.
Trains and supervises BH clinicians/socials workers and staff providing direct service to patients served by the program.
Educates medical providers on evidence-based approaches relating to Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder, including common diagnoses and best practices (including SBIRT, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-informed Care, MODU, etc.).
Models and educates clinical staff how to engage patients in evidence-based practice including process of SBIRT, diagnostic assessments, crises intervention, case management and advocating for comprehensive integrated care.
Ensures all program functions are operative and that all processes are effectively and efficiently in place.
Reviews processes and makes recommendations to P1H leadership for improvement. Ensures the operational goals for the program are in line with grant goals and objectives.
Completes all necessary documentation in a timely manner as required by P1H service policy and procedures, regulatory requirements, or any other stipulation of grant agreement.
Regular travel to various PrimaryOne Health center sites and community partner organizations required.
Attendance, promptness, professionalism, the ability to pay attention to detail, cooperativeness with co-workers and supervisors, and politeness to customers, vendors and patients.
Other duties or special projects as assigned.
Successful candidates must possess Master’s Degree in Social Work and related field and licensed as an Independent Social Worker with Supervisory designation (LISW-S) in the State of Ohio. Minimum of five years’ experience in behavioral health field and/or behavioral health integration. Experience with program development, electronic medical record documentation
