Experiences Director
Full-Time Reports to Lead Pastor On-Campus
Our Dream Candidate:
A Spirit-filled, high-energy, “player/coach” leader who can inspire and equip teams to create seamless, powerful weekend experiences where people encounter Jesus. You can lead worship, speak the language of production and creative arts, and have the tenacity to see ideas through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the weekend experience — oversee worship, production, creative, and service flow so each element connects with the Lead Pastor’s sermon and vision.
Recruit & develop worship leaders, production staff, volunteers, and coaches using the Multiply Group leadership pipeline model.
Direct creative elements — plan stage plan design, video, music arrangements, transitions, and special moments well in advance with a team of volunteers and staff.
Collaborate with the Lead Pastor and team while owning final creative decisions.
Lead special events (Christmas, Easter, nights of worship) in your lane with the same excellence as weekends.
Pastor your teams — model a Christ-centered life, care for their growth, and stay engaged in church life beyond Sundays.
Manage resources — build and steward the Experiences budget within allocated limits, increasing volunteer engagement and reducing reliance on paid task-fillers.
Must-Have Skills
Worship leading ability (guitar or keys preferred).
Working knowledge of production and creative arts.
Project management mindset with a bias toward action.
Tenacity, resilience, creativity, and high mental toughness.
Collaborative but decisive leadership style.
Note: Title may be Experiences Pastor if ordained/licensed or if pastoral gifts are evident for future ordination.
