About this opportunity

This position is responsible for efficiently providing solutions to customer service needs via telephone and email through a positive and respectful dialogue. Ability to multi-task and effectively manage and dispatch customer calls is essential. This position is scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Alternative hours may be considered.

What your role will look like

Manage, respond to, and resolve customer questions, concerns, and inquiries accurately and appropriately.

Provide customers with requested information by using application software or other appropriate means and assist customers to achieve total satisfaction.

What you’ll bring to this role

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: 2 years of telephone call center experience a plus.

Intermediate proficiency in MS Office preferred.
