All About the Job
We are seeking an Analytics Account/Implementation Manager to own and grow client relationships while ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of Talentegy solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients - from onboarding and adoption to renewals and account growth. This role bridges the gap between client needs, product evolution, and technical delivery, while driving measurable value through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
What you will do:
Client Relationship Management
Own overall client health, satisfaction, and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for both direct clients and partners.
Build trusted advisor relationships by understanding client goals and aligning solutions. Account Growth & Renewals
Lead renewal discussions and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations that drive ROI for clients. Implementation & Onboarding
Guide and support new client implementations with clear planning, communication, and training.
Ensure clients achieve early wins and long-term adoption. Project & Delivery Ownership
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders to define requirements and success measures.
Oversee implementation and configuration of Talentegy’s platform. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Triage and resolve client issues, coordinating with product and technical teams as needed.
Maintain documentation of client configurations, escalations, and resolutions. Product Partnership
Capture and communicate client feedback to influence product roadmap decisions.
Stay informed on new features and ensure clients adopt updates effectively. What You Bring
5+ years of experience in HR technology, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition services, or client-facing SaaS roles.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and SaaS configuration.
Clear, confident communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs.
Comfort working in a dynamic, agile environment. Bonus Points
Experience with HR tech platforms, ATS, CRM, or recruitment marketing tools.
Understanding of talent analytics, employer branding, and candidate experience metrics.
