Part-Time Personal Creative Assistant for Fitness Founder (Flexible

I'm the founder of a high-performing digital fitness platform based in Beverly Hills.

My brand blends wellness, content, and lifestyle - and I'm looking for someone reliable, organized, and proactive to support both my business and personal day-to-day needs.

This is an ideal role for a college student who's efficient, interested in the wellness/media space, and wants hands-on experience working with a founder.

Responsibilities include: Running errands (returns, post office, pickup/drop-offs, organizing product shipments). Grocery + wellness supply runs (Erewhon, Amazon returns, etc.). Light scheduling, calendar coordination, inbox filtering.

Occasionally helping on-set with podcast days or video shoots.

Assisting with home organization tasks, wardrobe returns, or travel prep.

Supporting with fitness challenges, content drafts, or social posts (optional if you have skills!) Hours: 10-20 hours/week to start Flexible scheduling - some in-person availability required (errands + content days) Compensation: negotiable depending on skill set Mileage covered for errands Opportunity for more hours if we vibe / things expand Honestly my team is fun, we're young.
