RA RegCMC Manager

Summary-Responsible for regulatory activities specifically related to chemistry, manufacturing, and control (CMC). Activities such as the preparation & publication of REG CMC documentation for submissions to Health Authorities. In addition interact with HA's on REG CMC questions to support new product or post marketed launches.

Major Accountabilities

~ 割り当てられたプロジェクト/製品に関するすべてのグローバル CMC サブミッション活動 (企画 オーサリング レビュー 調整 提出) をリードし 実施します

~ グローバルな提出に必要なドキュメント コンテンツ 品質 タイムラインの問題を特定し プロジェクトのタイムラインに従って承認された技術ソース文書の配信を交渉します

~ HA提出のための高品質のCMCドキュメントを作成および/またはレビューし 合意されたCMCグローバル規制戦略 現在の規制動向およびガイドラインを適用します 技術的な一致性と規制遵守を確保し 合意されたタイムラインと電子公開要件を満たします

~ CMCリスク管理評価 危機管理計画 および主要な提出物に関して学んだ教訓を準備し 伝え 必要に応じて経営陣と共にエスカレートします

~ 必要に応じて 保健局の対話と交渉を開始し リードする 目標の設定 ブリーフィングブックの作成 リハーサルの調整と計画 リスク軽減計画

~ 受領後24時間以内にノバルティス製品に関連する技術的苦情/有害事象/特殊事例の報告

~ マーケティングサンプルの配布(該当する場合)
