**Job Opportunity: Meat Packer in Hampshire, IL**

A large food distribution company is seeking a Meat Packager to join its team in Hampshire, Illinois.

**Job Details:**

- **Pay:** $18.00 per hour

- **Work Environment:** You will be working in a cold and damp area.

- **Dress Code:** No jewelry allowed, and your clothes should be simple—no fur, sparkles, or anything that can stick to food. Steel-toe boots are required for safety.

- **Schedule:** Must be available to work Monday to Friday, starting at 2:30 PM until the job is finished. Initially, you may need to start working at 11:00 AM for training.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- You will trim and cut meat using knives.

- Assist with packing and preparing meat for delivery.

- Keep your work area clean and organized.

- Remove empty boxes and trash to maintain safety.

- Report any accidents or safety issues to your supervisor.

- Work well with your teammates and follow safety rules.

- After training, you may need to learn how to use some machines.

- Be ready to work in different parts of the company as needed.

**Physical Requirements:**

- You should be able to lift up to 65 pounds.

- Your tasks will include cleaning and preparing meat, following specific instructions on how to cut it.

- You will need to keep your tools clean and in good condition.

- Check the meat for any problems and remove any unwanted parts before packaging.
