Assembly Technician

$17-$19 Per Hour to Start, Temp to Hire

1st shift Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm

Columbus, OH

Join an internationally recognized designer, manufacturer, and marketer of research-grade and clinical biomechanical equipment and software.

What you'll be doing:

Prepare transducer bodies for strain gage placement and bonding using sand blasters and various cleaning agents

Marking transducer blanks to ensure gages are precisely placed in the required position and orientation

Precise adhesive bonding of the strain gage and wiring tab to marked transducer blanks

Perform high quality point to point soldering on small assemblies

Perform quality checks on finished assemblies

Perform quality checks on finished assemblies

Who we're looking for:

High school diploma is required

Must be able to read and write English

Microsoft Office Knowledge

Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics

Previous production facility experience required

Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
