About the Position:

We are looking for a full-time Service Advisor (Support/Trainee) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with sales or customer service experience who enjoys building relationships, paying close attention to detail, and providing excellent communication between our customers and technicians.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong people skills and a genuine desire to serve customers

Prior customer service and/or sales experience

Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail

Goal-oriented and dependable

A valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Bilingual would be an amazing bonus

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and listen to their concerns about their vehicles

Communicate recommended services in a clear and helpful way

Work with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs

Keep customers updated throughout the repair process

Support senior Service Advisors while learning the role
