This position involves working under direct supervision to perform the dual duties of a supervisor and a dealer.
The role is responsible for overseeing poker activities, including opening and closing procedures, while also dealing games.
The work environment may include exposure to smoke and crowd noise, and the role requires the flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Direct and supervise the work of dealers.
* Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing.
* Supervise the opening and closing procedures of the poker room.
* Maintain inspection of decks, ensuring the security of table games at all times.
* Oversee all actions in the poker room and report any irregular play to management.
* Assist guests in playing and ensure their adherence to established rules and procedures.
* Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures and report any safety hazards.
* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 0 to 2 years of experience dealing cards in a casino poker environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Must successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy.
* Must be able to provide and maintain a high standard of guest service at all times.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a license from the appropriate gaming authority.
* Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
