Extremely Successful Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm is seeking a Negotiating Attorney to manage the Negotiations department. All settlement negotiations will be for Pre-Litigation cases only. This position is one of great significance to the success of the Firm, so negotiation experience is necessary.

The ideal Candidate will understand the Pre-Litigation stages of Personal Injury Law and be licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada in order to qualify for an interview.

Requirements:

Preferably 3 plus years of experience in Personal Injury Law

Knowledge of Pre-Litigation from intake to settlement negotiations

Strong Leadership skills

Outstanding people skills

Be extremely organized and Proactive

Strong Negotiation skills

Analytical and of a Calm Nature

Duties:

Negotiate Settlements Daily

Track your progress

Be a leader to your Negotiation team

Meet your weekly goals

We are a large law firm with approximately 45 employees so you need to be able to understand how the cases get to the negotiation stage in Pre-Litigation.
