Role Overview:

We seek an experienced and motivated Games Presenter Team Manager to lead, train, and oversee a team of live games presenters in a dynamic studio environment. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of performance, presentation, and engagement, while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of games presenters to achieve optimal on-screen performance.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Coordinate scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for all live games.

Collaborate with production and operations teams to maintain consistent quality.

Address any performance or conduct issues promptly and professionally.

Motivate the team to maintain enthusiasm and energy during broadcasts.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of team management experience, preferably in entertainment, media, or gaming.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Familiarity with live studio environments is an advantage.
