The Project Coordinator/Office Assistant is a full-time position responsible for supporting and coordinating the scheduling, planning, and execution of installation projects, route management, and other operational initiatives for Castle Hill Gaming.Key Responsibilities
Assist Operations and Production Managers with scheduling jobs and projects, including personnel assignments and logistics
Record maintenance, data entry, and repair actions in Salesforce and other company-provided software
Order components and hardware for machine builds and conversion projects through the inventory/purchasing department
Create and maintain accurate documents and spreadsheets related to machine placements, themes, and other essential information
Maintain awareness of jurisdictional changes, upgrades, and modifications and communicate updates to appropriate departments
Collaborate with the Compliance Department on machine allocation and placement
Perform other duties as assignedQualifications
Previous experience in a project management or support role
Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines under pressure
Skilled at prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-changing environment
Ability to maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organization
Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM software) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams
Ability to obtain and maintain required federal, state, and local licenses and permits
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential
Ability to commute to the Castle Hill Gaming warehouse in Tulsa, OKEducation
High school diploma or equivalent requiredWork Environment
Primarily an office environment with low to moderate noise and adequate lightingPhysical Demands
