As a Client Relationship Associate at Apollon Wealth Management, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch wealth management services to our valued clients and financial advisors.
Responsibilities:
Provide back-office support for investment operations and assist with client accounts from opening to ongoing servicing, including setting up accounts, collecting documents, and offering general support to advisors, relationship managers, and clients.
Document and track tasks to completion and provide updates to Relationship Managers and Advisors.
Answer client calls and general phone and email inquiries.
Perform follow-up tasks based on client meetings and inquiries as delegated by Advisors and Relationship Managers.
Collaborate with advisors, back office staff, and other team members to provide a seamless and exceptional experience
Ensure all activities and processes conform to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards, maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions
Skills and Experience:
1+ years recent industry experience (preferred)
o Internship experience acceptable
Familiarity with Salesforce and Orion (preferred)
Knowledge of custodial platforms (preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Suite Applications (required)
Industry licensing (not required)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Dedication to maintaining client confidentiality and trust
