Weekend Dispatcher 3rd shift

Job Description

Weekend Only Dispatcher

(3rd shift available) Saturday/Sunday 11pm-7:30am

Distribute work assignments to drivers as directed by the supervisor

Provide necessary support to ensure warehouse and transportation schedules are attained.

Heavy Interactions with carriers.

Review carrier paperwork for accuracy

Maintain necessary documentation and files.

Qualifications:

Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.

Keen attention to detail

Excellent organizational skills and logical thinking.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good math, language, and reading skills

Maintain a clean & safe environment

Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Must be proficient in computer programs including Excel and Word

Job Type: Part-time, Saturday and Sunday Only

Pay: $25.50 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Overnight shift

Weekends only

Experience:

Dispatching: 1 year (preferred)

CSR experience

computer data entry

Ability to Commute:
